How long we retain your data

Upon receiving such a request or instruction, the data controller shall, no later than within one month from the date of the request, submit a response and perform the specified actions or refuse to perform them. The data controller may not create the conditions for the data subjects to exercise the rights listed above, with the exception of the refusal to process personal data by way of direct marketing, when, in cases provided for by law, it is necessary to ensure the prevention, investigation, and detection of crimes, violations of official or professional ethics, as well as the rights of the data subject or other persons and protection of freedoms.
